When events are added, updated, or removed from your team schedule in Team Cowboy, the information in the iCalendar URL from Team Cowboy is updated instantly. This applies not just to the iCalendar information, but also to other export formats provided by Team Cowboy (such as RSS and CSV).

Google Calendar, however, is known to "cache" calendar information from URLs, so your changes may not appear immediately in Google Calendar or other applications where you've subscribed to the iCalendar URL. This is unfortunately outside of our control and is likely by design on their end (to avoid constantly requesting calendar data from providers such as Team Cowboy). In most cases, your new or updated event information should be refreshed in Google Calendar within a couple of hours.
